RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. You must return the item yourself. For more information, see "Returns."

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please also fill out the enclosed return form.

Free articles
If you received a free item from us (e.g. as a "checkout step"), you must return it to us if you wish to return your item.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-exchangeable items
Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods or custom-made items (e.g., personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please contact us.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the existing item and, after accepting the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
