If you are not satisfied with your delivery, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
OUTSIDE THE EU
For orders outside the EU, you must arrange the return yourself. Please note that your return will be processed by German customs and inspected upon arrival. To ensure smooth processing, we ask you to fill out our customs form and attach it clearly to your package before returning it to Germany.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his or her commercial or independent professional activity.
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, Noanger GbR, Langemarkweg 56, 51465 Bergisch Gladbach, email: support@noanger.de , of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery method), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier. You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days after notification of the cancellation. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods which goes beyond checking their quality, properties and functioning.
